No shame! Let go of your money mistakes!

Forgive yourself for your money mistakes is a no judgement, no shame zone and I wanted to call that out before I get into the thick of creating content. This platform is about literacy, recovery, growth and success when it comes to your finances.

Wherever you currently are today with your finances is pretty much what it is - the big question is, what will you do next?

Do you have a ton of debt and you don't know how or where to begin paying it off?

Do you feel like your peers are so much further ahead than you are financially, career wise and/or relationship wise?

Have you made so many financial mistakes in the past or a recent big money mistake that you feel like you are back at square one?

It's time to forgive yourself for your money mistakes, take the lessons and keep it moving.

No shame. No shame. No shame.

Once you've committed to forgiving yourself and are ready to move forward, these are the next 3 steps you should be taking:

Step 1:  recognizing where you are right now and then determine where you would rather be. This means setting crystal clear, tangible and measurable goals and defining your "WHY"

Step 2: Be willing to change and be committed to seizing the moment (which is now) to start working on revamping your finances. No more waiting for perfect, start now.

Step 3:  Start. Make plans to radically pay off debt, track your spending, grow your savings, surround yourself with the right influences and become the person you really want to be financially.

Yes, it might feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, your debt is so massive, you are so behind in your career and/or you cannot recover from your mistakes but remember - the only way change happens is by taking the first step. You can do this and I'm here to help - Welcome to Clever Girl Finance!
