Afraid to fail? It's OK

Afraid to Fail

So many of us have big dreams but when it comes to taking the first step towards making our life and financial dreams a reality we get crippled by fear and then we don't do anything. The fear of failure. The fear of what people will think. The fear of the unknown. And then by not doing anything, we allow fear to do what it does best - keep our dreams as just dreams.

Fear brings in limiting beliefs like -
 "I can't"
"Why should I?"
"I will never be successful"
"People will laugh at me"
"What difference will this small change make"

But you can and you should pursue your dreams. And the good news is that you can accomplish them and you can be successful. You just have to want it bad enough and realize that while fear exists, you don't have to let it hold you hostage. Once you stop being afraid to fail, the magic really starts to happen.

Who cares what people think? And so what, if you fail or fall short? Your failure will more than likely be bigger than the success of the person sitting back doing nothing but laughing at you as you make progress with your life and with your finances.

And if you fail but you get back up and keep moving, then you haven't really failed; You've learned. You know what didn't work and what not to do the next time around. This means instead of succumbing to fear, limiting beliefs and limiting people, you focus on getting past your fears, eliminating those negative beliefs and shifting your circle of influence.

Remind yourself that by planning accordingly you can pay off debt. By making a few sacrifices now, you can save money. By doing your research and making wise investments you can build wealth. You can achieve financial freedom. You can have the life of your dreams. But also keep in mind that you can never achieve the financial success you dream about unless you take action and kick fear to the curb.

So if you are afraid to fail, it's perfectly fine. We all fail. What matters is what you do next.

Hopefully this gets you motivated to out and accomplish your goals!
